As you approach Kuala Lipis, the sign will welcome you





If you take the left, it will take you to Jerantut, a small town about 50 km, Jerantut is the gateway to taman negara, the national park.

The First Building You Will see the Kuala Lipis Government office. It is strategically located on a hill top overlooking The Clifford School and The Pahang Club across the field.
Colonial Heritage, The District Office 

You notice the basic structure, with the arches, although they are covered with glass to enable airconditioning.


Nursing Home - From the colonial past
This nursing home is the original building build by the British in the early 1900. Kuala Lipis was the capital of Pahang and the hospital was the state's hospital. It share the same hill as the Pahang Club and the District Officer Residential Building.
